Drive to the back and park in the courtyard. There’s a walkway between units E and F that leads to Unit D.

What to Bring
• A snack to share — sweet, savory, or spiced, we’ll love it all.
• A gift for the Off-White Elephant Exchange — up to $50 max.

Off-White Elephant Gift Exchange
Think of it as a slightly spicier version of a White Elephant — gifts can be funny, flirty, or full-on dirty. Bring something that makes you laugh, blush, or both.

🎁 Guidelines:
• Max value: $50
• Wrap it — mystery is part of the fun
• “Off-white” means it can be suggestive, adult, or XXX
• If it vibrates, glows, or moans… even better

About the Evening
Enjoy community in one of Colin’s favorite places — his studio.
Two stories, plenty of space, a kitchenette and bathroom, and just enough privacy in case someone naughty needs a spanking.

Come to connect, laugh, nibble, and close out the year wrapped in good company (and maybe some ribbon).
